Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine project goals and ensure that the applications developed align with the overall business strategy. Additionally, you will participate in testing and validation processes to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications, contributing to a dynamic and innovative work environment.

  • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Ability to analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with application development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
