We are seeking a skilled and proactive Test Automation Team Lead to join our dynamic engineering team. You will lead efforts in designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks for complex software systems, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and performant solutions.

Key Requirements & Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Python Developer, Automation Engineer, or similar role with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with practical experience using frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, parallel computing, and performance optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience working in Unix/Linux environments, including scripting.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, maintaining, and expanding automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Android development tools (e.g., ADB, Android Studio) is a plus.
• Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD), version control systems (e.g., Git), and software documentation best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor team members and coordinate across departments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of Python-based testing frameworks and automation tools.
• Architect and optimize scalable, distributed testing systems for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and hardware teams to integrate testing tools and hardware in the CI/CD pipeline.
• Analyze and debug complex video streaming solutions, resolving performance bottlenecks and quality issues.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices in software engineering.
• Document technical designs, processes, and test strategies to ensure team alignment and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
