Technical Lead

Must-Haves

• 8+ years of engineering experience with increasing scope and responsibility

• Proven Tech Lead experience guiding teams and technical direction

• Strong Python expertise (must-have)

• Experience building APIs using REST / FastAPI (core stack)

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI systems

• Microsoft Agentic Framework experience (must-have)

• Deep experience working with GenAI systems and best practices

• Strong understanding of AI / ML / automation capabilities and limitations

• Ability to rapidly deliver POCs and demos for stakeholders without sacrificing velocity

• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel

• Exceptional communication skills, including working directly with senior stakeholders

• Ability to provide technical feedback on stakeholder requirements and shape tooling decisions

• Experience designing multi-agent workflows and orchestration patterns

• Background in enterprise-grade AI platforms or internal developer tools

• Experience setting engineering standards and best practices for AI teams

• Familiarity with governance, risk, or approval workflows for AI solutions

Day-to-Day

• Act as Tech Lead for agentic AI and GenAI initiatives

• Partner with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, challenge assumptions, and provide technical guidance on tools being requested

• Design and build agentic AI solutions using Python and Microsoft Agentic Framework

• Deliver fast POCs and demos to validate ideas while maintaining strong engineering discipline

• Guide the team to avoid wasted effort and focus on high-impact, feasible solutions

• Lead implementation of REST / FastAPI-based services supporting AI agents

• Apply GenAI best practices while accounting for real-world AI limitations and failure modes

• Oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously and ensure delivery velocity

• Mentor engineers and set direction on agentic patterns, architecture, and implementation approaches
