Requirements

At least 7 years of professional experience with.NET Core /.NET technologies. Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development. Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems. Previous experience in technical leadership and team coordination roles. Experience managing or mentoring engineering teams. Strong software design and architectural skills. Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on development responsibilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Portuguese, at least B2 level
