Software Defined Vehicle Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) Lead to drive SDV initiatives, including architecture definition, platform evaluation, and system integration. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in high-performance computing (HPC), multi-core systems, and vehicle electronics, with a solid understanding of hardware and system-level design considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) initiative across architecture, platform selection, and system integration
• Define and evaluate SDV architectures and platforms aligned with business and technical goals
• Drive integration of hardware and software components within SDV ecosystems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and system engineering
• Oversee hardware lifecycle considerations including design, validation, and deployment
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability across vehicle platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) concepts
• Experience with High-Performance Computing (HPC) and hardware lifecycle management
• Expertise in multi-core architecture and high-speed interfaces
• Solid understanding of:
• Power design
• Thermal design
• EMI/EMC compliance
• Experience with sensor selection and data aggregation
• Strong system-level thinking and integration experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive or off-highway vehicle domain
• Familiarity with embedded systems and vehicle electronics architecture
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Experience Level:

• 8+ years of relevant experience preferred
