About the Role:


We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer / Technical Architect with deep 3Forge experience to help leading financial institutions:


  • Define architecture standards and governance
  • Rationalize suboptimal 3Forge implementations
  • Accelerate UI modernization and 3Forge adoption


The successful candidate will combine hands-on 3Forge engineering expertise with architectural leadership, helping shape best practices while delivering production-grade implementations.


Key Responsibilities:


3Forge Architecture & Practice Development

  • Design and document a reference architecture for 3Forge for enterprise scale application
  • Define reusable components, patterns, and anti-patterns
  • Establish development standards and governance
  • Rationalize existing implementations and identify remediation paths
  • Develop telemetry and usage monitoring framework
  • Create taxonomy and app inventory model


Implementation Leadership

  • Lead full stack 3Forge application builds (vanilla + extended integrations)
  • Deliver centralized “pod” model implementations to capture economies of scale
  • Drive reverse-engineering and migration methodology for legacy apps


Full Stack Engineering

  • Develop advanced UI solutions within 3Forge
  • Integrate React components where enhanced UX is required
  • Leverage Python listeners for external connectivity (pricing engines, feeds, etc.)
  • Connect into AMPS, and other bank messaging platforms
  • Support MCP server integration and license server integration
  • Enable event-driven workflows and real-time updates


Platform & DevOps Integration

  • Design CI/CD integration for 3Forge builds
  • Improve release lifecycle and production readiness
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and telemetry solutions
  • Support cloud-native and microservices-aligned deployment strategies
  • Represent architecture decisions clearly to both technical and business audiences


Required Skills and Experience:


  • 7+ years full stack engineering experience in capital markets
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building applications in 3Forge
  • Demonstrated experience with:
  • Vanilla 3Forge application builds
  • Performance optimization and production hardening
  • Inventory rationalization / technical debt remediation
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Java / JavaScript
  • Python (including event-driven listeners)
  • SQL & database systems
  • React (custom UI integrations within 3Forge)
  • Unix/Linux environments
  • Experience diagnosing logs, stack traces, performance bottlenecks
  • Prior experience in Global Markets Technology environments strongly preferred


Highly Desirable:


  • Knowledge of:
  • AMPS messaging
  • Real-time pricing engines
  • Risk dashboards
  • Exposure to:
  • License server implementation
  • Monitoring & telemetry frameworks
  • Cloud-native architecture patterns
  • WebAssembly or advanced browser-based compute


**The base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $200,000**
