We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead .Net Developer with expertise in Angular and SQL. Experience in leading team members, oversee project development, ensure best practices, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York, NY is $105k - $115k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 developers.
- Design, develop, and maintain .Net applications.
- Implement front-end features using Angular.
- Manage database design and SQL queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
- Deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Proven experience as a .Net Developer, with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong skills in C#, .Net framework, and .Net Core.
- Proficiency in Angular framework.
- Experience with SQL Server and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Extensive experience in .Net Framework and .Net Core.
- Proficiency in C# programming.
- Hands-on experience with Angular for front-end development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS (preferred).
- Understanding of DevOps practices (preferred).
- Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
