Delivery/Technology Specialist – Lexus of Cool Springs

Lexus of Cool Springs is hiring a Full-Time Delivery/Technology Specialist to support our Sales Department in delivering world-class customer service and growing the Lexus brand. This is a hands-on, collaborative role ideal for someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and looking to launch or grow a career in the automotive industry.
Compensation & Schedule- Pay: $16–$17/hour,
- Weekly pay
- Full-time position, closed every Sunday and major holidays

- Monitor inventory and ensure vehicles are clean and fueled
- Support Sales Team with daily tasks, including moving vehicles and prepping for delivery
- Assist with managing and updating social media platforms
- Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
- Master all features and technology of Lexus vehicles to support customer education
- Help maintain and improve Lexus website content (e.g. feature guides, tech explanations)
- Aid Sales Managers with overflow tasks and special projects
- Stay current on all Lexus training and certification
- Uphold company standards, safety policies, and procedures
- Take initiative and perform other tasks as needed to support the team
- Ensure a professional final delivery of vehicle with the guest
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Confident using computers, email, and digital tools
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- A team player with a can-do, positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new technologies and vehicle systems
- Discreet with confidential information
- Able to work independently and follow through on tasks
