The Opportunity

We are looking for Full Stack Developers who ship with confidence and curiosity. You will be embedded at a client site, contributing directly to mission-critical products. You will be expected to leverage AI coding tools — particularly Claude Code — as a multiplier, not a crutch. If you're the type who reads changelogs for fun and has an opinion on every layer of the stack, we should talk.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs — REST or GraphQL, you pick the right tool.
• Develop responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces that your users will actually enjoy using.
• Collaborate with product, design, and client stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into crisp technical specs.
• Leverage Claude Code and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery without compromising code quality.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Own your modules end-to-end — from database schema to deployment pipeline.
• Operate comfortably in multi-cloud and hybrid environments (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP a bonus).
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data-privacy standards mandated by the client.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

• 3–4 years of hands-on, production-grade software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals across the full stack — backend logic, database design, and frontend rendering.
• Comfort working across languages and frameworks. Node.js, Java, Python, or Go on the backend; React, Angular, or Flutter on the front — you pick up the client's stack and contribute meaningfully within days.
• Active and demonstrable use of Claude Code or equivalent AI coding assistants in your daily engineering workflow.
• Solid understanding of REST API design, authentication patterns (OAuth2, JWT), and system integration.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
• Strong written and verbal communication — you will be client-facing.

Good to Have

• Experience with Spring Boot, Flutter, or React ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, RDS, S3, Cognito, CloudFront).
• Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio of shipped products.
