The Prime Business team is looking for a Product Manager to own growth initiatives for the program worldwide. Prime Business serves over 3M B2B customers and continues to grow rapidly. This role is responsible for driving growth from the top of the funnel (including brand awareness) through the full acquisition experience. This role offers candidates with a strong background in business or product management an opportunity to leverage that deep knowledge to drive impact for the program worldwide.
Key job responsibilities
- Brand and Top of Funnel ownership: Work with internal and external marketing teams to drive brand and traffic strategy for member growth worldwide. Identify cross-country and cross-segment best practices for existing initiatives and develop novel engagement mechanisms from a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Develop new channels: Identify new member acquisition channels and define the acquisition and management experience for each channel. Identify flywheel drivers with internal Amazon and 3P services and accelerate membership growth through win-win partnerships with best-in-class B2B service providers.
- Strategic growth initiatives: Develop offers or plans for specific customer segments. Ensure membership continues to be a key driver of Amazon Business growth.
- Extracting and analyzing large datasets to uncover growth opportunities.
- Preparing key business documents and reports to drive decision-making.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to refine strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to implement growth initiatives.
- Automating and optimizing reporting tools to improve efficiency.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
