Director of Operations – Specialty Pharma Services

A rapidly growing pharmaceutical services company is seeking a Director Operations to quarterback the management and development of all site operations. This is an exciting opportunity to build and develop a team from the ground up and to hold a key leadership role going forward as a part of a closely knit executive team that will guide this company through future growth.

The qualified candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience working within a specialty pharmaceutical services environment. Ideally you will have experience building out a new service offering as this person will need to quickly acquire and validate new equipment, assemble a team and establish performance standards and metrics. Ensuring that all quality standards are effectively upheld and well documented will also be paramount. The qualified candidate will preferably have experience working with genetic therapies and or clinical development.

Candidates must either currently reside or be willing to relocate within a reasonable proximity of the corporate office. The compensation package will be highly competitive.
