You're good at HubSpot. You know you're good at HubSpot. And you're quietly tired of working somewhere that doesn't let you prove it.


Maybe you're at an agency where delivery quality is inconsistent and nobody senior enough cares to fix it. Maybe you're doing great work but feel like you're just executing someone else's playbook rather than actually solving the problem in front of you.


This role is for you if you want to do serious HubSpot implementation work at a studio that takes it seriously, where the quality of what gets built actually matters to the people around you.


The role


King Henry is a five-person Platinum HubSpot Solutions Partner. We work with SMB and mid-market clients who want their CRM to actually work hard for their business, and we don't take on clients who aren't serious about that.


This role sits at the technical heart of what we do. You'll own your own client projects from strategy through to handover. You'll be doing real implementation work across portal architecture, journey mapping, workflow logic, and multi-system integrations, not just supporting someone else's decisions. You'll work closely with the Senior Account Manager on the client side of things, and directly with the Director on delivery quality and standards.


You're not here to be just a pair of hands. You're here because you understand HubSpot deeply, you can translate a business problem into a solution that actually holds up, and you care about delivering great work.


What you'll actually do in the first six months


You'll get across every active project and form a clear view of where quality is strong and where it isn't. You'll establish the implementation standards that don't currently exist in written form. You'll start developing the delivery team in a structured way. You'll be in the room on pre-sales conversations, making sure what gets sold is actually deliverable.


By the end of six months, delivery at King Henry will be measurably more consistent. The team will know what good looks like. Clients will notice that things are delivered faster and at a higher standard.


What we're looking for


Deep HubSpot expertise across the full platform is critical. You've delivered complex implementations, not just set up portals. You understand the difference between a solution that works on handover day and one that still works six months later. You're comfortable in technically ambiguous situations and you know how to get the inputs required when the brief isn't all there.


You move fast, you stay on top of your own house, and you communicate clearly with clients on technical matters without hiding behind agency jargon. You flag problems early rather than hoping they resolve themselves. You understand how scope, effort, and commercial terms interact, because great delivery isn't just technically correct, it's also commercially viable.


Who this role isn't for


This role isn't for someone who doesn't want to grow in their career. We want team members who are as hungry for growth as our clients are.


What we're looking for is someone who has genuinely outgrown the environment they're in. Not frustrated by office politics or a bad manager, but genuinely limited by the scope of what they're allowed to own. Someone who knows they can set a higher standard than the one they're currently working within, and hasn't had the opportunity to prove it yet.
