An innovative AI consultancy partnering with globally recognised AI labs is looking for a Lead AI Engineer to drive the development of advanced GenAI solutions across enterprise clients.
The role
- Lead the build and deployment of scalable LLM applications
- Design RAG systems, AI agents, and vector search solutions
- Mentor engineers and shape technical direction
- Work directly with clients to turn business needs into AI products
What they need
- Proven experience building production LLM applications
- Strong understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows
- Solid Python engineering skills and API development experience
- Experience deploying cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Ability to lead projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders
