職責：
1、挖掘經紀公司（代理）等合作資源，並保持良好的合作關係；
2、挖掘優質內容，做好主播/經紀公司（代理）的管理和維繫工作；
3、負責規劃和實施主播側線上營運活動，增強經紀公司（代理）黏著性以及提高主播收入；
4、透過數據分析，整合區域內主播資源，對接區域經紀公司（代理），利用營運技巧提升營收；
任職要求：
1、本科以上學歷，有1-3年互聯網營運經驗，熟悉直播營運邏輯，理工類專業優先；
2、數據分析能力強，能夠給予數據提出建設性的突破點；
3、具有跨部門資源協調能力，有良好的溝通能力，執行力強；
4、有創新意識，思維活躍，能根據活動目的提出創新想法；
