Salary: $120,000–$140,000 (DOE) + 12% bonus and excellent benefits (including 6% 401(k) match and Day 1 benefits).
Location: Hybrid role based in Nashua, NH (local candidates only, 3 days/week onsite with some flexibility to 2 days).

- Manage and mentor a team of GL accountants while leading month-end close activities, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Oversee global consolidations, intercompany transactions, and multi-site financial reporting.
- Serve as Blackline administrator and drive increased functionality across corporate and site locations.
- Support preparation of consolidated financial statements, management packages, and investor reporting.
- Own fixed asset accounting and reporting using Sage Fixed Assets.
- Lead technical accounting efforts, including revenue recognition (percentage of completion and ASC 606) and lease accounting.
- Partner with global site teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
- Drive process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancements (Epicor, NetSuite).
- Support external audits and coordinate with auditors (Grant Thornton).
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and prepare for continued business scaling.
- Experience: 7+ years in general ledger accounting with 3+ years of management experience; global or manufacturing background strongly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Certifications: CPA preferred.
- Technical Skills: Blackline experience required; NetSuite and Epicor experience strongly preferred; advanced Excel.
- Knowledge: Deep US GAAP expertise, consolidations, revenue recognition, and internal controls.
