💼 Position: Full-Time | Healthcare Transactions Associate (Regulatory)

📍 Location: Dallas, TX | Boston, MA | Washington, DC

🕒 Experience Level: 3–6 Years of Experience

💰 Salary Range: $260,000 – $390,000 annually


A TOP national AmLaw firm is seeking a Healthcare Transactions Associate (Regulatory) to join its Healthcare Group in either one of their offices in Dallas, Boston, Washington, D.C.


This is a unique opportunity to work on complex and high-impact healthcare regulatory and transactional matters, advising healthcare and life sciences clients on critical compliance and strategic issues.

About the Healthcare Group

The team advises healthcare and life sciences companies, as well as sponsors and vendors, on a wide range of regulatory and transactional matters.

Core areas of work include:


⚖️ Healthcare transaction structuring

⚖️ Corporate practice compliance

⚖️ Regulatory filings and multi-state compliance

⚖️ Federal healthcare laws and regulations


Attorneys regularly work with key statutes and frameworks, including:

⚖️ Stark Law

⚖️ Federal Anti-Kickback Statute

⚖️ HIPAA


Key Responsibilities

✅ Advise clients on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters

✅ Support healthcare transactions, including structuring and due diligence

✅ Assist with regulatory filings and multi-state compliance issues

✅ Analyze and apply federal healthcare laws and regulations

✅ Work with clients on day-to-day regulatory considerations

✅ Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on complex matters


Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic performance

• 3–6 years of healthcare-related transactional experience

• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks

• Experience with federal and multi-state healthcare compliance

• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills

• Strong academic credentials
