The Role
- Independently develop and maintain applications in an agile environment, with a focus on composite insurance.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to understand technical requirements and translate them into user stories.
- Coordinate with business departments for optimal implementation of requirements.
- Continuously improve agile processes and methods within the team and projects.
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
- In-depth experience in Java development, especially with Java and Jakarta EE.
- Familiarity with modern technologies and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Maven, and Selenium.
- Practical experience with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence for daily work.
- Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level).
