Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute the digital strategy for retail.com, aligned with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with key marketplaces and D2C platform providers to maximize visibility and sales.
- Collaborate closely with our D2C provider and the marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize product listing strategies, pricing, and promotional campaigns across digital channels.
- Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics to monitor sales performance, market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Implement and optimize CRM systems and ecommerce platforms to increase product visibility and drive traffic to our online offerings.
- Monitor and report key metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, and acquisition costs to measure the effectiveness of digital sales initiatives.
- Experience as an Account Manager managing retail.com accounts.
- Experience managing online marketplaces and D2C ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, VTEX, Magento, etc.
- Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to analyze sales data and online performance metrics to generate data‑driven insights.
- Experience implementing and optimizing CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage interactions and automate sales processes.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and tools including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, among others.
- Experience with ecommerce logistics, inventory management, and order processing.
Education
E - Completion of an undergraduate program required (B.A. or B.S.).
