Position Overview
As a Software Engineering Senior Analyst - Full Stack (Python), you will develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend technologies. You will build backend services, develop UI components, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality healthcare technology solutions for Evernorth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python backend and modern frontend technologies, primarily Python and React.js
- Build backend services using Flask, FastAPI, or Django frameworks.
- Must have good working knowledge on OOPS and software methodologies.
- Develop UI components using React.js or Angular following design specifications.
- Write and maintain database queries and ORM models for data operations.
- Implement and consume RESTful APIs for service integration.
- Write unit and integration tests for backend and frontend code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established architecture patterns.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues across the full stack.
- Collaborate with team members, product owners, and stakeholders on feature delivery.
- Maintain technical documentation for code and APIs.
- Follow Agile development practices and participate in scrum ceremonies.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in full-stack development.
- College degree (Bachelor) in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django).
- Front-end experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js or Angular.
- SQL database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Basic Docker and containerization knowledge.
- Git version control proficiency.
- REST API development and integration experience.
- Agile development methodology familiarity.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to production environments.
Industry / Domain Experience Needed:
- Demonstrated experience in full-stack application development.
- Ability to navigate a geographically diverse team and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and collaborative development.
- Passion for learning new technologies and growing professionally.
Location & Hours of Work
Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH).
