Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our Madrid-based team. You will work closely with quants, data scientists, and portfolio managers to build and deploy AI models that drive real-world investment decisions.
Requirements:
- Multiple years of in-house experience building and deploying AI/ML systems (ideally in finance, big tech, or high-stakes domains)
- Degree from a Top 5 university in Spain or a Top 200 global institution (STEM focus preferred)
- Strong Python and ML stack (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)
- Deep understanding of statistics, optimization, and time series
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience in quantitative finance or algorithmic trading
- Familiarity with cloud computing and MLOps pipelines
- Contributions to open-source ML tools or research publications
