AI Engineer

We are expanding our AI engineering capabilities and looking for a Senior AI / Agentic Systems Engineer to lead the design and implementation of advanced agentic systems that solve real-world engineering and operational challenges.

This role combines hands-on software engineering, LLM systems design, MLOps, and platform thinking. You will work closely with engineering teams, architects, and customers to build scalable AI-driven solutions that move beyond experimentation into reliable production environments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proven experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications or agentic systems in production environments.
• Strong experience with Python backend development.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, or custom agent orchestration systems.
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, tool calling, memory management, and model evaluation methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-native systems, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, debugging, and distributed architectures.
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure AI-driven systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in customer-facing technical environments.
