Job Title: AI Workflow Engineer

Location: Hoboken, NJ

Work Arrangement: On-site, Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows for the course lifecycle.
• Build automation pipelines for curriculum and content processing.
• Develop AI-assisted tools for course creation and operational processes.
• Apply ML, NLP, and generative AI techniques.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for educational content.
• Develop analytics and reporting solutions.
• Analyze data for process optimization.
• Create dashboards for operational metrics.
• Support and expand AI-enabled multimedia workflows.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications to operationalize AI workflows.
• Build and document APIs and integrations.
• Manage the build, release, and deployment lifecycle for web services.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and lead improvements across workflows.
• Support coordination of development efforts.
• Document systems and workflows.
• Coordinate delivery with teammates.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Experience with AI-assisted and agentic development tools.
• Strong understanding of ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience with Python, APIs, automation workflows, and backend systems.
• Experience with web development fundamentals and full-stack patterns.
• Experience with data pipelines and handling structured/unstructured data.
• Working knowledge of databases and data storage.
• Familiarity with AI applications in media workflows.
• Understanding of Business Intelligence concepts.
• Ability to support SME-driven course development using AI tools.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage development tasks and priorities.

• Experience with learner analytics or digital learning platforms.
• Strong ability to design, optimize, and automate complex workflows using AI.
• Familiarity with product analytics and workflow optimization.
• Experience supporting content production workflows with AI.

AI & DLOps

Compensation Range

$35 to $45 per hour
