Join our team as an AI Software Engineer and help turn cutting-edge machine learning and LLM capabilities into scalable, real-world applications. You will report to our SystemsCare Program Manager.
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-driven backend solutions leveraging ML and LLMs
- Develop and maintain Python applications (FastAPI/Flask/Django)
- Create and manage ML pipelines (training, deployment, monitoring)
- Implement LLM features (search, assistants, summarization, recommendations)
- Design and optimize data processing workflows for performance and scale
- Build and expose secure APIs/services for AI/ML functionality
- Apply best engineering practices (testing, CI/CD, code reviews)
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from development to optimization
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with similar tasks
- Strong Python backend skills (FastAPI/Flask/Django)
- Experience with ML LLMs (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, GenAI use cases)
- Knowledge of MLOps/CI-CD and model lifecycle management
- Experience with cloud, containers, and scalability (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Ability to build data pipelines handle large datasets
- Understanding of system monitoring, security, and performance optimization
