Your Role

As an Account Manager, you will own client relationships and drive the successful execution of e-commerce and livestream campaigns.

You will work cross-functionally with internal teams (livestream, paid media, content, and operations) to deliver measurable business results for clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships
  • Translate client goals into actionable campaign strategies


Campaign & Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end execution of e-commerce and livestream campaigns
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including creators, media buyers, and operations
  • Ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards


Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor key metrics including GMV, traffic, and ROI
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to drive growth


Client Communication

  • Deliver regular performance reports and business reviews
  • Manage client expectations and feedback effectively
  • Ensure smooth communication across global teams


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or e-commerce
  • Experience with TikTok Shop, e-commerce agencies, or performance marketing is highly preferred
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with strong execution capability
