■職務内容

・ユーザー向けモバイルアプリおよび不動産仲介業者向けシステムのバックエンド開発

・独自に整備してきた不動産データベースを基軸としたシステムの改善、管理、運用

・既存サービスの運用やビジネスチームと連携した要件定義

■必須要件

・バックエンドの開発経験およびバージョン管理システム（Git等）を用いた開発経験

・コンピュータ、設計、ネットワーク、データベースに関する基礎的な知識

・ビジネスレベルの日本語能力

Role:

Software Engineer (Backend)

What you will do:

- Develop backend systems for consumer-facing mobile applications and BtoB SaaS platforms.

- Improve, manage, and operate our proprietary real estate database systems.

- Maintain services and collaborate with business members for requirements definition.

What you need:

- Proven experience in backend development and version control systems like Git.

- Basic knowledge of computer science, system design, networks, and databases.

- Business-level Japanese proficiency.
