Description

• 100% remote - US based only.
• Must have healthcare industry experience.
• Lead the architecture and design of AI solutions across multiple engineering teams and projects.
• Design, develop, and test full stack Python applications (frontend, backend, API).
• Build, implement, and define custom AI/ML models for data analytics, prediction, and forecasting.
• Design and deploy GenAI applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) in production environments.
• Develop and optimize document ingestion pipelines and document processing workflows, leveraging vector databases such as MongoDB Atlas.
• Manage and coordinate development tasks, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.
• Deploy and maintain AI applications on cloud platforms, specifically Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Integrate AgenticAI and MCP technologies into AI solutions.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear updates and thorough documentation.
• Leverage extensive healthcare industry experience to ensure solutions align with industry needs and compliance.
• Utilize a strong background in data analytics (Python) and heavy data processing to drive decision-making and insights.
