📍 Paris-based, Full time position

💰 €90k–€180k depending on seniority + Bonus/Equity

We are supporting one of France’s top 10 AI start-ups. We are hiring for multiple Founding Engineers / AI Senior Software Engineer's to join the team.

They have just had there second round of funding and have raised $40 Million in funding led by Sequoia Capital. Their mission is to transform how work gets done, crafting the AI operating system for the enterprise.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Own critical features end-to-end: Design and implement core product experiences that directly impact how users interact with AI.
• Scope and lead technical projects to completion with an eye on the full stack and a mind for opinionated prioritization.
• Collaborate closely with users: Work directly with customers to understand their needs and rapidly iterate on solutions.
• Build for scale: Design and implement systems that gracefully handle increasing complexity while maintaining simplicity for users.

The details:

• €60,000-€130,000 per annum plus equity and benefits (DOE)
• 4 days per week onsite in Paris - they value the magic that happens together

Programming languages: TypeScript, Rust (not a requirement; we’re open to people who are experts in other programming languages).

Other relevant tools and technologies:

• Front end: React, shadcn
• Backend: NextJS, Kubernetes, Terraform/Helm
• Database: PostgreSQL, QDrant, Elasticsearch
• DevOps: Datadog monitoring, Github actions-based CI/CD
