I'm working with a fast-scaling, mission-driven B2B SaaS company transforming how organisations in a regulated, high-stakes industry handle compliance - cutting months of work down to days.

They're hiring their next foundational engineering hire. You'll take full ownership of the core AI architecture - spanning agentic workflows, embeddings, low-latency chat, inference tooling and evals - while working across the full stack to ship features end-to-end and shape technical direction alongside the founders.

What we're looking for:

→ 2–3+ years of production engineering experience, ideally in B2B SaaS

→ 1+ year shipping AI features in a live product

→ Strong TypeScript, Next.js, GCP (Vertex AI / Firebase a plus)

→ Bonus: experience in compliance-heavy domains (healthtech, fintech, security)
