• Experience & Leadership
• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• 3+ years building production LLM/GenAI systems (RAG, Agentic AI)
• Proven track record of architecting & delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions
• Experience in Staff/Lead roles with end-to-end ownership
• Exposure to regulated environments (financial services / healthcare)
• Core Engineering Skills
• Rust (expert level)
• TypeScript / Node.js
• React + TypeScript
• Solana / Solana programs
• Strong API, system design, and data engineering (SQL, pipelines)
• Experience with modern databases (vector, relational, NoSQL, caching)
• LLM & AI Engineering
• Production experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Bedrock

Deep expertise in:

• RAG architecture
• Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.)
• Prompt engineering, structured outputs, and evaluation frameworks
• Implementation of guardrails, validation, and safety mechanisms
• Cloud, Infrastructure & MLOps
• Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP
• CI/CD pipelines, MLOps lifecycle, monitoring, observability
• Docker (required), Kubernetes (working knowledge)
• Domain Knowledge
• Understanding of retirement/wealth domain (401k, ERISA basics)
• Familiarity with AI governance, audit, model risk frameworks, PII/security

Strongly Preferred

• Master’s degree in CS/ML or related field
• Experience with fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA) and model optimization
• Exposure to streaming/real-time systems (Kafka, Flink)
• Knowledge of explainable AI (SHAP/LIME)
• Familiarity with financial platforms (Aladdin, Orion)
• Experience with open-source AI contributions or technical publications
• Startup/innovation lab experience with high ownership environments
