该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description 1) Social Media Strategy Development
- Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns across key social platforms (e.g. RED, Douyin), with a strong focus on driving eCommerce traffic, conversion, and measurable business outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze social performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform strategic optimization. 2) Content Creation & Management
- Develop, manage, and optimize content strategies based on audience insights and performance data to ensure relevance, engagement, and alignment with brand positioning across multiple brands. 3) Brand Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute integrated brand activation campaigns, including content, influencer, and paid media components, to enhance FMCG penetration. Support and enable multiple brand teams with scalable social and media solutions as a central function. 4) Media Planning, Buying & Performance Analysis
- Own or actively participate in media planning and execution across paid social channels, including strategy development, budget allocation, performance monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.
- Leverage data to assess ROI, derive insights, and continuously optimize media efficiency and effectiveness. 5) Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Build and manage strong relationships with both external partners (including KOLs, agencies, and platform partners) and internal stakeholders across multiple brand teams as a central social/media function. 6) Budget Management & Continuous Improvement
- Manage the social media and related media budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Stay informed of platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign performance. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in social / digital marketing and brand management within consumer-facing industries, with a proven track record in holistic campaign planning and social media strategy, particularly on platforms such as RED and Douyin.
- Strong social performance and media analysis capabilities, with hands-on experience in paid media execution, optimization, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; proficiency in English.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience working in multi-brand or matrix organizations, and the ability to influence, align, and drive outcomes across multiple teams and priorities.
