About the Role
As the Marketing Manager/Director of TecDo's LiveLab Business Unit, you will lead the construction of a comprehensive marketing system targeting cross-border brand clients (large B2B enterprises). Through industry solution content, benchmark case development, and sales enablement, you will directly drive brand influence and sales lead conversion.
Responsibilities
B2B Marketing Strategy Development
- Formulate annual marketing strategies and PR roadmaps based on TecDo's LiveLab solutions and cross‑border brand client pain points.
- Define quantifiable brand influence and sales support objectives.
Industry Solution Content Library Building
- Lead the development of educational content for large B2B clients (white papers, industry reports, solution videos).
- Create annual benchmark customer cases to support the sales team’s frontline outreach and proposal conversion.
Online & Offline Event Planning
- Plan and execute B2B events such as industry summits, channel co‑marketing campaigns, and client roundtables.
- Ensure each event delivers traceable sales leads and customer success stories.
Sales Enablement System Construction
- Develop sales toolkits (product manuals, competitor comparisons, talk tracks).
- Establish market‑sales collaboration processes (MQL/SQL definitions, lead nurturing mechanisms).
- Conduct regular training for frontline teams.
Team Management
- Set team goals, workflows, and quality standards.
- Foster a high‑performance culture and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on enterprise outbound (global expansion), brand globalization, or enterprise services.
Professional Competencies
Content Marketing
- Ability to independently produce deep‑dive industry solution content.
- Familiarity with B2B content formats such as white papers, case studies, and video scripts.
Event Planning
- Full‑cycle experience in organizing large‑scale industry summits or online seminars.
- Skill in designing agendas that attract decision‑maker participation.
Sales Collaboration
- Outstanding cross‑departmental collaboration skills.
- Ability to design and implement market‑sales collaboration processes and tools.
Business Understanding
- Familiarity with cross‑border e‑commerce ecosystems, overseas social media marketing practices, and live‑streaming e‑commerce trends.
- Quick ability to grasp the alignment between TecDo's product portfolio (LiveLab) and client pain points.
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English (can be used as working language for proposal writing and presentations).
- Overseas work/study background is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Strong logical thinking, project driving force, and resilience under pressure.
- Ability to proactively define problems and drive results in ambiguous environments.
