Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Brand AI Capability Manager to drive AI‑enabled ways of working across Media, Content, Social, and Go‑To‑Market (GTM) domains, translating business needs into scalable and compliant solutions.

  • Define and evolve AI‑enabled brand and marketing capabilities across content systems, GTM, and execution.
  • Own the piloting and scaling of AI / MarTech solutions, from idea to deployment and adoption.
  • Translate brand and marketing needs into scalable processes, tools, and playbooks.
  • Act as a bridge between Marketing, Brand, Product, and Data / IT teams, ensuring alignment with architecture, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards.
  • Influence cross‑functional teams and partners to deliver initiatives in matrixed environments.
  • Deliver as a strong individual contributor with project leadership responsibility.

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Brand, Digital Marketing, GTM, Media, MarTech, or AI‑enabled digital transformation.
  • Proven delivery experience across Content, Social, GTM, and brand execution or operational compliance.
  • Experience running pilots of process or capability transformation, with exposure to scaling, is a plus.
  • High learning agility with strong interest in AI and emerging technologies.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
