AI Integrator (Construction, AU, Hybrid)

Role Overview We are seeking an AI Integrator to turn AI prototypes into production services. In this critical role, you will make AI platforms, services, and business tooling work together in practice—enabling cross-platform integration, designing and operating orchestration patterns, and embedding AI features directly inside the systems people already use (Snowflake, Microsoft 365, ERP, asset management, ticketing, and field service tools).

You will bring deep working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) services, agent orchestration, identity and entitlement flows, deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and rollback. You are the graph between models, data, tools, and end-user experiences—and the safeguard that AI capabilities run reliably and safely once they leave the lab.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver cross-platform integrations connecting AI services, data platforms, business tools, and end-user experiences.
• Design, build, and maintain MCP services and orchestration components allowing AI agents and assistants to safely access enterprise tools, data, and actions.
• Embed AI capabilities natively inside business platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Microsoft 365, ERP, asset management, service desk).
• Own deployment, lightweight APIs, monitoring, logging, audit trails, drift detection, and rollback for AI services in production.
• Define and govern integration patterns, APIs, and reference architectures for the AI ecosystem.
• Partner with AI Engineers to ensure solutions are production-ready and supportable; collaborate with CoE Data Engineering on data plumbing dependencies.
• Implement identity, access, entitlement, and audit controls for AI integrations in line with cybersecurity, GRC, and strategic requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and operational issues across platforms, services, and models; maintain reusable connectors and integration catalogues to accelerate new AI use cases.

Required Qualifications Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Cloud, integration, MLOps, or AI platform certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Snowflake) are desirable.

Experience & Technical Knowledge

• Demonstrated experience as an Integration Engineer, Platform Engineer, MLOps Engineer, Automation Engineer, or similar role moving solutions into production.
• Strong experience with API-based integration, event-driven architectures, identity (OAuth/OIDC), and enterprise SSO.
• Working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol), agent orchestration patterns, and tool/function calling for AI.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI services into enterprise platforms such as Snowflake, Microsoft 365, ERP, or service-desk / line-of-business applications.
• Experience with deployment, monitoring, logging, drift detection, and rollback for AI or data services in production.
• Strong scripting and engineering capability (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET, or similar).
• Understanding of responsible AI, secure integration design, audit logging, and entitlement management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to bridge platform, security, AI, and business stakeholders.
