Already deeply embedded within major enterprise verticals, the business is now launching a brand-new FinTech division focused on transforming financial operations, payments, treasury, and accounting workflows through AI-powered automation.

THE ROLE

• We’re looking for Backend Software Engineers with experience across Finance, Payments, Treasury, Accounting Systems, or broader FinTech infrastructure to help build and scale the core backend systems powering this new vertical.
• You’ll work on highly scalable infrastructure underpinning AI-driven financial workflows, transaction operations, integrations, reconciliation processes, and operational automation systems handling significant real-world volume.
• This is a high-ownership environment with direct exposure to backend architecture, distributed systems, AI infrastructure, and complex operational challenges from day one.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience within FinTech, Payments, Treasury, Accounting Platforms, ERP, Banking Infrastructure, or Financial Operations environments
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals (Python, Java, Kotlin, Go, C# or C++)
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, data pipelines, and scalable system design
• Experience building production-grade systems operating at scale
• Bonus: exposure to AI/ML systems, payment infrastructure, ledgering systems, reconciliation engines, or financial workflow automation
