As they scale, they need a Data Scientist/ML Engineer to bridge the gap between complex datasets and actionable ad-tech performance. You will join the Barcelona-based team to build the intelligent systems that optimize ad targeting and bid strategies for thousands of apps globally.
What You'll Drive
- Optimize Ad Efficiency: Design and deploy end-to-end models that directly improve ad targeting, bid strategies, and campaign ROI
- Scale Intelligent Systems: Develop high-performance data science solutions from initial analysis through to production-ready deployment
- Uncover Trends: Independently analyze massive datasets to identify patterns that drive business decisions and product innovation
- Enhance Pipelines: Maintain and optimize existing ML models and data pipelines to ensure efficiency within the fast-moving ad-tech ecosystem
- Bridge Tech and Business: Translate complex technical requirements into data-driven insights that non-technical stakeholders can act upon
- AdTech Expert: You bring 2+ years of experience specifically within the ad-tech domain or a closely related field.
- Experienced Engineer: You have 3+ years of professional experience in data science, ideally within a product-focused company.
- Python & SQL Specialist: You are highly proficient in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience using PySpark and Pandas.
- ML Practitioner: You have a proven track record of training DNN models using PyTorch and managing workflows with Hydra or Comet.
- Cloud Native: You are comfortable working with AWS cloud services to deploy and manage data solutions.
You will be an integral part of the Data Science team in Barcelona, working in a cross-functional environment alongside both technical and business teams. This role requires a balance of independent problem-solving and deep collaboration to ensure models align with dynamic market trends.
Decisions are data-driven, and you will have the autonomy to own your projects from development to deployment. While the company supports remote collaboration globally, this specific role is based in the city-center office in Barcelona to foster close-knit team innovation.
