Founding Product Manager (+ Equity) at stealth-mode European defence startup

About The Role

As a Founding Product Manager, you will be pivotal in bridging customers, engineering, and business strategy. This role involves working directly with the founders to shape product development, focusing initially on customer and competitive research, particularly around voice LLM systems. Over time, you'll transition into owning the product roadmap and collaborating closely with the engineering team to execute.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct customer research and discovery with military and emergency services units to understand their needs and workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into clear, prioritised inputs for the engineering team.
• Manage the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy.
• Engage in rapid prototyping and iteration to test assumptions and make informed decisions.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with armed forces or police organisations.
• Eligibility for French security clearance or willingness to travel to Ukraine.
• Comfort with ambiguity and zero-to-one work environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Founder or entrepreneurial experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: €60,000 – €110,000, depending on experience.
• Meaningful equity as a founding team member.
• Relocation sponsorship available for candidates.
