Role: GEN AI Data Scientist Engineer

Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States

Experience Required - 8+ Years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

1. Machine Learning and Data Science (Expert)

1) Strong understanding of core Data Science and Machine Learning concepts.

2) Proven experience building, training, validating, and deploying ML models.

3) Model deployment experience into production using algorithms and frameworks such as (XGBoost , LightGBM , Scikit-learn):

2. Programming and Data Engineering Skills (Expert)

3. Statistics and Analytical Skills (Expert)

4. Generative AI and Agentic AI Experience (Intermediate)

a. Experience with Generative AI concepts and implementation.

b. Ability to design and implement AI agents, workflows, tool calling, orchestration, and task automation.

5. RAG and Knowledge-Based AI Solutions (Intermediate)

6. Cloud Platform Experience (Intermediate) and Hands-on cloud experience. GCP, AWS

7. MLOps, DevOps, and Deployment (Intermediate)

a. Candidate must have strong communication skills, with the ability to engage business stakeholders, understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions, and provide timely status updates.

3. Ability to interpret model results and communicate findings clearly to technical and business stakeholders.

Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $130,000 Per Annum
