London Valley Technology Park has been created as the commercial, startup, and venture development arm of this vision — connecting academia, industry, venture capital, and deep-tech innovation.

We are seeking a strategic Executive Managing Partner to lead and scale this ecosystem.

Strategic vision and long-term direction remain with the founder and board.

This role focuses on operational leadership, ecosystem growth, and revenue generation.

🔹 Role Overview

The Executive Managing Partner will:

• Lead daily operations of London Valley Technology Park
• Build and scale a high-impact startup ecosystem
• Establish university–industry collaboration frameworks
• Develop partnerships with:
• Venture Capital firms
• Investment funds
• Financial institutions
• Technology Transfer Offices
• Accelerators & innovation hubs
• Generate sustainable revenue streams
• Represent London Valley at executive and investor level
• Build and manage a high-performance team

This is an ownership-driven leadership role — not a salaried employment position.

🔹 Compensation Structure

• Equity-based partnership (non-controlling stake)
• Revenue share from projects and partnerships
• Performance-based vesting structure
• Long-term transition to salary + equity model once financial structure stabilizes

Impact creates ownership.

🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Residing in the United Kingdom
• Strong understanding of the UK innovation and investment ecosystem
• Proven experience in venture ecosystems, innovation management, or business development
• Strong strategic network across academia, investors, and industry
• Entrepreneurial mindset with operational leadership capability
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s or PhD preferred
