We are looking for a professional to act in the application support team, focusing on mobile Apps and Smart TVs (Samsung and LG). This role is fundamental to ensure the stability, performance, and quality of the user experience on different platforms.
Requirements
- Experience with application support or development for Android and iOS
- Knowledge in the operation and publication of apps on Smart TVs (Samsung and LG)
- Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools (Firebase, Crashlytics, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs and integration with back-end
- Familiarity with publication processes in stores (Google Play, App Store, Samsung/LG Stores)
- Experience with code versioning (Git)
- Good analytical capacity for troubleshooting and problem-solving
