About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and object-oriented design, who embraces an AI‑first development mindset. This role focuses on designing, building, and scaling high‑quality backend systems while contributing to secure, modern, and intelligent application architectures that power social impact initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Design and build scalable, high‑performance backend systems
• Apply modern engineering principles and AI‑assisted development practices
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET and ASP.NET
• Implement robust backend services following clean architecture and design patterns
• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including queries and stored procedures
• Apply AI‑first development practices using AI‑assisted coding, testing, and refactoring tools
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross‑functional teams
• Ensure application security, reliability, and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers
• Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and continuous improvement

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong backend engineering experience with enterprise‑grade systems
• Solid foundation in OOP, design principles, and scalable architecture
• 7–12 years of hands‑on software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in .NET and ASP.NET (C#)
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Extensive experience with SQL Server, including schema design and performance tuning
• Proven experience building scalable backend systems
• Strong problem‑solving skills in complex, distributed environments
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Comfortable using AI‑assisted coding and productivity tools
• Ability to integrate AI‑driven approaches into development workflows
• Mindset focused on automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Experience with OAuth 2.0 and modern authentication/authorization standards
• Exposure to React.js for frontend development
• Experience with Node.js or JavaScript‑based APIs
• Cloud experience with Azure or AWS
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
