💼 What will you do?

• Designing, training, and deploying models that power AI search recommendations while leading and mentoring a small DS team
• Developing novel algorithms that reverse-engineer LLM behaviour, owning the full ML lifecycle from research to production
• Architecting scalable data and ML systems across pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and model serving
• Writing and reviewing production-grade code

👤 Who we're looking for

• A senior data science leader who has personally owned and scaled complex ML systems from research to production, not just overseen others who do
• Deep, first-principles understanding of LLMs and AI search, with solid systems instincts across APIs, pipelines, and production infrastructure
• The communication skills to translate complex technical work to executives and customers
• Background in high-growth startups, top-tier tech companies, and/or research
