IT Helpdesk Support Agent

We are looking for an entry-level IT Helpdesk Support Agent to assist UK-based clients with technical issues and IT queries. No prior experience is required — we provide full training. You'll be the first point of contact for IT support requests, working fully remotely from South Africa.

Requirements

Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent No prior experience required — comprehensive training provided Interest in technology and problem-solving Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
