DevOps Engineer

🔍 What you’ll do

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll combine deep technical expertise with a consulting mindset to help clients design, build, and optimize modern cloud and DevOps environments. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, technical expert, and driver of DevOps culture and best practices:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable IT architectures.

• Lead DevOps initiatives across client environments and projects.

• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.

• Develop AI-driven automation solutions and support Sovereign AI platforms.

• Ensure system reliability, security, and operational stability.

• Advise clients on DevOps tools, technologies, and engineering best practices.

• Identify technical and business opportunities together with clients.

• Run workshops, mentor teams, and promote knowledge sharing.

🎯 What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, and software engineering.

• Completed IT-related university degree (mandatory).

• Strong expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or STACKIT.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.

• Experience with Jenkins and/or GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, security, and networking fundamentals.

• Experience across the full delivery lifecycle — from implementation to production.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Willingness to travel depending on project needs.

• German level C1 minimum and strong English skills.
