Job Title - Java Full Stack Developer with AI

Location: New York, Pittsburgh, PA

Hybrid - 3 Days onsite

Contract Duration: 12+ months

Experience: 9+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Full Stack Developer with AI experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full-stack application development using Java technologies along with hands-on exposure to Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning integrations, GenAI tools, and modern cloud-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Integrate AI/ML models, Generative AI APIs, or intelligent automation solutions into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, DevOps, and data scientists.
• Develop responsive UI components using Angular, React, or similar frontend frameworks.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
• Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment strategies.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience building REST APIs and Microservices.
• Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Vector Databases, Chatbots, or Generative AI solutions.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with LLMs, AI copilots, or intelligent automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Python for AI/ML integrations is a plus.
• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architecture.
• Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.
• Certification in Java, Cloud, or AI technologies is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience

• 9+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• 1+ years of experience/exposure in AI/ML or Generative AI technologies preferred.
