What role will you play?
You will develop solutions that enhance system reliability and support the delivery of business-driven features, while contributing across the full software development lifecycle.
You will initially focus on building automation that strengthens reliability and enables efficient delivery, before expanding into broader engineering initiatives alongside the team. Working closely with product owners, business analysts and engineers, you will translate requirements into technical solutions and continuously refine workflows through AI‑assisted approaches.
What You Offer
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong coding skills (e.g. Python) and experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines and production systems
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) and applying iterative workflows to refine and improve AI-generated outputs
- Proven ability to create reusable prompts, templates or structured workflows to drive consistency and efficiency
- Strong experience building and maintaining automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright) to enhance system reliability and delivery
- Solid analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills, with experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams
- Experience with APIs, React, SQL-based systems, AWS environments, and building shared tools or frameworks adopted by other engineers are an advantage.
