Comp: $175k-$245k base + performance bonus

The Role

We're building our first unified trading UI, a new internal platform that will be central to our operations. You'll design and build a single source of truth for bot management, dynamic strategy configuration, real-time position monitoring, and PNL visibility across our entire trading activity.

This is a full ownership opportunity: you'll define the user interface independently, work directly with traders to understand their needs, and make your own UX decisions. You won't have a design team - instead, you'll have the autonomy to shape the product based on direct feedback from the people who depend on it every day.


What You'll Build

Frontend: React + TypeScript

Backend: Python (Django or FastAPI)

Infrastructure: PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery

You'll own the full product lifecycle, from understanding trader workflows to shipping features that measurably improve how our team operates.


Who We're Looking For

  • Strong React/TypeScript skills with a track record of building performant interfaces
  • Backend experience with Python (Django or FastAPI) - we want someone who can work across the stack
  • Comfort making design decisions and defining UX without a dedicated design function
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable interfaces
  • Direct communication skills - you'll work closely with traders and engineers to gather requirements and iterate
