Essential Job Functions
- Create and execute digital marketing strategies
- Perform keyword, competitor, industry, and content development research
- Optimize paid ad campaigns and manage ad spend
- Planning, development and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including website strategy, budget, design, and social media.
- Track KPIs through digital analytics and reporting to ensure strategies are achieving client objectives and producing ROI
- Manage the call tracking platform
- Execute continual research and learning to stay aware of trends within the industry
- Prioritize tasks and manage time appropriately to meet short and long-term deadlines
- Proficient with graphic design with the ability to create visual concepts
- Manage the digital marketing calendar
- Maintain online presence and reputation of the company
- Working closely with marketing to establish and maintain brand awareness and consistency
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, digital design, media communications, web design & development, or related field.
- Solid understanding of web metrics and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
- Clear understanding of SEO, content writing, and online advertising strategy and execution.
- Familiar with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience managing social media campaigns and knowledge of social media marketing preferred.
- Project Management Experience preferred
- Creative thinker with the ability to manage and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and well organized
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
