Today, we employ around 350 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for an Experienced Frontend Engineer who wants to make a difference in our Truesec Engineering Team.

This technology business unit at Truesec brings together highly skilled engineers, architects, platform specialists and IT specialist with a mission to develop, operate, and continuously improve our unified Truesec Platform and technical capabilities. The Engineering Team drives the adoption of AI, automation, and advanced technology across all business units, ensuring we deliver best-in-class cybersecurity solutions to our clients and maintain a robust, scalable, and secure technology stack.

The role

As an Experienced Frontend Engineer, you will join the Truesec engineering team to design, develop, and implement user-facing features for our internal tools and portal. Your work will focus on creating intuitive and responsive interfaces using technologies like React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, prioritize deliverables, and ensure the quality and performance of the frontend services through clean coding practices and thorough documentation.

Your Potential Background

• Experience: Proven experience in a similar position.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript; experience in responsive and cross-browser web design; familiar with frontend build tools like pnpm; and experience with unit testing frameworks such as Playwright.
• Design Principles: Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, and attention to detail in rendering designs accurately.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills for breaking down complex issues and evaluating solutions effectively.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers.

• Proficiency in React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with responsive and cross-browser web design principles.
• Strong skills in web performance optimization and frontend build tools.
• Familiarity with testing and debugging frameworks.
• Ability to document technical specifications and collaborate effectively within a team.

• Experience in providing mentorship to junior team members.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices in frontend development.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation, including decisions and architecture diagrams.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
