- Commensurate with industry position, depending on experience.
- May involve travel approximately 10% of the time.
- Provide executive-level administrative tasking by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, managing taskers, and handling information requests.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, memorandums, and emails for distribution across the organization.
- Assist with travel vouchers.
- Arrange conference calls and schedule meetings.
- Compose calendars, schedules, and itineraries.
- This position does not have any supervisor responsibilities.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Teams.
- Proficiency in video conferencing technology, including Video Tele Conferences, Webex, and Zoom.
- Familiarity with the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Familiarity with military customs and courtesies.
- Understanding of Department of Defense processes.
- BA/BS degree
- 5 years of experience performing executive-level administrative support.
- Current active Secret Clearance
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Normal office environment. The noise level in the work environment varies between quiet and moderate.
