About The Role - You Will
Release Planning Support
- Assist in maintaining release schedules and tracking release milestones.
- Support coordination of release activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and business needs.
- Work with release managers, engineers, and product teams to gather status updates and support release readiness activities.
- Help ensure information is accurately communicated to stakeholders as needed.
- Support release processes by helping track documentation, approvals, and readiness criteria.
- Assist with basic quality checks to ensure releases follow established standards and procedures.
- Help identify potential release risks or issues and escalate them to senior team members.
- Track and document issues, decisions, and action items related to releases.
- Maintain release-related documentation, dashboards, or reports.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying trends, gaps, or opportunities for process improvements.
- Analytical skills: Able to gather, organize, and analyze information related to releases.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Attention to detail: Strong organizational skills and accuracy in tracking deliverables.
- Technical awareness: Basic familiarity with software development or release processes.
- Previous experience in release coordination, project support, operations, or a related analytical role is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile-based environments or structured project workflows.
- Exposure to release management tools, ticketing systems, or documentation platforms is a plus.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts or DevOps practices (hands-on expertise not required).
- MS in a relevant field of study. Advanced certifications in release management or project management are a plus.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $74,609 - $106,690. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
